Block B Elementary Functions PSP: Look below for an opportunity for extra points. Also, I will be giving out the take home test tomorrow in class -- be sure to get one before Prom!
Block C Elementary Functions PSP: P.468 1-17 odd, skip 7 and 15 * I did not mention this in class, but you may skip these two. Also, I will be giving out the take home test tomorrow in class -- be sure to get one before Prom!
-- A chance to make up some points --
You have already done two projects this semester, so I am offering a third optional project to make up some points from chapter 4. The project will be worth up to 25 EXAM points, and will be applied directly to your scores on the chapter 4 test/quizzes. You will only be able to apply up to the number of points that would have given you 90% score for the exam, and any additional points will be forfeited.
For the project, you should complete the tasks on page 442 of your book, using the data given. For full credit, you must discover a,b,h, and k ON YOUR OWN, without using the regression equation to get the values. You must also write HOW you found the values, and why you know they are correct or make sense.

Block B Elementary Functions PSP: p. 381 13-17all
Block C Elementary Functions PSP: I believe we agreed upon p. 381 25-36 all. Be *sure* that you attempted these for tomorrow. If this happens again and you have a lot of trouble understanding the text, PLEASE speak up. We have some time that we can work with and slow things down, but if I don't know that there is a problem, then I do not always plan for extra time.
