Algebra II: Talked about the focus and directrix and axis of symmetry. Homework is to write the standard form of the equation of the parabola with vertex at (0,0) and the directrix x=-3/4.
Algebra I: We finished (hopefully) the packet talking about transformations in quadratic functions. The homework is a worksheet asking you about transformations. You get to choose the values of a, c, h and k, so you are making the transformation and then describing what you have done in the function.
